August is a 30 year old graphic designer and illustrator whose work focuses on challenging the plastic hold that society has on the female form.

Their work represents various minority groups, presenting them proudly in the nude, full figure. Eliminating sexual undertones, their work gives power back to women and female identifying, their work illustrating what a nude form is capable of outside of sexual pleasure for the male gaze.

Born and raised in California, August is a proud Queer, Disabled, Latinx artist who continues to work towards their ultimate goal of empowering disenfranchised groups through their art. Their education includes an AA

in Graphic Design and they are currently working on a BA in Art History alongside an AA in Museum Studies.
